Easy Homemade Chicken Kolaches

Serves: 4
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- ¼ t. salt
- ½ c. milk
- 3 c. cubed chicken (cooked)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar (I like the 3 cheese cheddar from Kraft)
- 1 can biscuits
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan.
- Stir in flour and salt until blended. Add milk and cook 1 minute until thickened.
- Stir in cheese and chicken.
- Pat biscuits into a 5-6 in. circle.
- Place ⅓ c. of mixture on each biscuit and wrap dough around mixture. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until lightly browned on top.
