Easy Homemade Chicken Kolaches

Ingredients
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • ¼ t. salt
  • ½ c. milk
  • 3 c. cubed chicken (cooked)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar (I like the 3 cheese cheddar from Kraft)
  • 1 can biscuits
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in medium sauce pan.
  2. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Add milk and cook 1 minute until thickened.
  3. Stir in cheese and chicken.
  4. Pat biscuits into a 5-6 in. circle.
  5. Place ⅓ c. of mixture on each biscuit and wrap dough around mixture. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until lightly browned on top.
