Texas Tacos

- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 package taco seasoning
- Nacho Chips
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- taco sauce
- 2 c. cheddar cheese
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese
- sour cream
- Cook hamburger and drain grease. Add ⅔ c. water and taco seasoning. Cooking until thickened.
- Crunch ⅓-1/2 bag of chips in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Spread hamburger on top of chips.
- Sprinkle on cheddar cheese.
- Layer on the diced tomatoes.
- Pour on mild taco sauce.
- Sprinkle on 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 15-20 min.
- Add sour cream and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 10 more minutes.
