Stuffed Grilled Burgers

  • 2lb beef
  • 1 egg
  • ¾c. bread crumbs
  • 2T. Worcestershire Suace
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together with clean hands.
  3. Form 2 thin patties per burger.
  4. Place toppings on top of one patty.
  5. Place second patty over toppings and seal edges.
