Mix sausage, spinach, cheeses, oregano, and garlic powder; set aside.
Roll each loaf of bread into a 14x12 inch rectangle.
Spread sausage mixture lengthwise down the center of each rectangle. Dot with butter.
Bring edges of dough to the center of filling; pinch to seal. Place on greased baking sheet seam sides down.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until golder brown.
Let stand 5-10 min. before cutting.
*Can freeze a loaf (cool and wrap in foil)
TO USE FROZEN LOAF: Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours. Unwrap and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. or until heated through./
