This dish is quick to throw together and sure to impress your coworkers, family, or friends. You can serve it as a side dish or have it as a mid-afternoon snack for yourself or your family. It looks fantastic with the bright pops of green and red grapes hidden throughout the sweet, creamy vanilla dressing, topped off with a scrumptious brown sugar pecan crumble. Yum!
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs green seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs red seedless grapes
  • 8oz / 227g light sour cream
  • 8oz / 227g light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: ½ cup white sugar
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Wash Grapes, Strain, Set Aside
  2. Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
  3. Step 3: Add Mixture To Grapes
  4. Step 4: Chill Overnight Or Before Serving
  5. Step 5: Add Toppings & Serve
