This is recipe is sure to hit the spot for the entire family. They are an entire breakfast wrapped into one handheld portion. These kolaches can be prepped at the beginning of the week and last up to 3 days in your fridge - reheat for 45 seconds in the microwave or even enjoy them cold.
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 can of large (8 qty) or regular (10 qty) biscuits
  • Optional: 1 cup medium cheddar, shredded
  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven
  2. Step 2: Cook Breakfast Sausage
  3. Step 3: Drain Grease
  4. Step 4: Add Eggs to Sausage and Scramble
  5. Step 5: Flatten Each Biscuit
  6. Step 6: Add Mixture to Biscuits
  7. Step 7: Bake for 15 minutes
