Easy & Irresistible Microwave Fudge
- 2½ c. sugar
- ½ c. butter
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 7 oz. (2 cups) marshmallow creme
- 1 bag (12. oz) chocolate chips
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
- Butter the bottom and sides of a 13x9 pan, or for a thicker fudge a 9x9 pan.
- Put milk, sugar and butter in glass bowl.
- Microwave for 6-8 minutes(or until a rolling boil)-stirring 2 times.
- Stir in marshmallow creme and chocolate chips.
- Pour in pan and refrigerate to cut.
