Cheesesteak Kolaches

  • 2 cans biscuit dough
  • thin sliced provolone cheese
  • onion(sliced)
  • green pepper (chopped)
  • roast beef
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese.
  1. Roll each biscuit into a circle just a bit bigger than the provolone cheese slice.
  2. Layer cheese, meat, onion and peppers in the middle of the biscuit.
  3. Gather the edges of the dough to form a ball.
  4. Place on un-greased cookie sheet seam side down.
  5. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake 375 for 12-15min.
