Tomato Tortellini Soup

- 1 package frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- ½ cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- optional: Additional shredded Parmesan cheese
- optional: crumbled bacon
- optional: croutons
- In stock pot, combine all ingredients except tortellini and optional ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then turn down to low.
- Add frozen tortellini and cook 10 more minutes.
- Serve and top with shredded Parmesan, bacon and croutons.
