20 Minute Chili
  • 1 pound of ground meat (beef or turkey)
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 packet of chili seasoning
  • 14.5 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans of beans (I prefer 1 kidney and 1 black bean)
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  1. Brown the meat in a pan until almost completely cooked then drain the grease.
  2. Add in the chopped onions and sauté for a few minutes to soften the onions and finish cooking the meat.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and let simmer for about 10 minute.
  4. Optional: Top with cheese and/or sour cream but it's also good just by itself.
