Quick & Easy Fruit Salad... With a Twist!

- 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup green grapes
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- ¼ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- Peel and section mandarin oranges, wash and slice strawberries, wash blueberries and grapes. Mix all fruit in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and orange juice. Stir topping into fruit mixture. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- Portion fruit mixture into four bowls. Top each with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and serve immediately.
