Baked Teriyaki Chicken

- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- chicken breasts
- In saucepan over medium heat, cook together soy sauce, sugar, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, water, garlic, pepper and ginger
- Whisk together and simmer until thickened
- Brush both sides of the chicken breast with teriyaki sauce
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, flip and repeat
