This simple but delicious dish is sure to be a hit at your next family or work event. Pineapple souffle is similar to bread pudding; it is a rich, sweet dish that can be served as a dessert, the typical way, or as a scrumptious side dish.
Ingredients
  • 4 cups firmly packed cubed white bread (or cinnamon bread to kick it up a notch!)
  • ¾ cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple (well drained)
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Remove Crusts & Cube Bread Slices
  2. Step 2: Cream Butter and Sugar
  3. Step 3: Add Eggs to Mix
  4. Step 4: Stir in Pineapple and Bread Cubes
  5. Step 5: Spread Mixture in Baking Dish & Bake Until Golden
