Ingredients
4 cups firmly packed cubed white bread (or cinnamon bread to kick it up a notch!)
¾ cup butter, room temperature
1 ¼ cup sugar
3 eggs
20 oz can crushed pineapple (well drained)
Instructions
Step 1: Remove Crusts & Cube Bread Slices
Step 2: Cream Butter and Sugar
Step 3: Add Eggs to Mix
Step 4: Stir in Pineapple and Bread Cubes
Step 5: Spread Mixture in Baking Dish & Bake Until Golden
