Emphasis: Passing
Field Preparation:
- half the group with a ball
- grid (30yds x 30yds)
- cones to mark off grid
- cones to mark off triangles
Description:
- players make a pass to player inside triangle
- receiver of pass must dribble out of triangle through another side of the triangle as shown
- pass giver takes receiver’s spot in triangle
- player with most amount of passes within 2 min. wins
Variation:
- players inside triangle play a 1-2 pass with dribbler
- specify how players dribble, pass and receive the ball
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
