Emphasis: Finishing, Passing
Field Preparation:
- each player with a ball
- goal with goalie
- good supply of balls for continuous play
- repeat setup to accommodate the entire team
Description:
- players pass and shoot in the sequence as shown
- first shot is taken with the laces and second shot with the inside foot
Variation:
- limit number of touches
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
