Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- grid (40yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 2 end zones 5yds deep
- 4 cone goals (4-5yds)
Description:
- each team defends 3 cone goals
- sweeper acts as a defender/goalie who cannot leave the end zone
Variation:
- limit number of touches for field players and/or sweepers
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
