We have shifted our thinking a little and have starting using essential oils FIRST instead of reaching for over-the-counter meds. What we have found, is that most of the time the oils work so much better than the OTC medication without all the chemicals.

One of my FAVORITE pain combos is a cream I make with Valor, PanAway and Peppermint. I whip half a cup of coconut oil in my mixer until its very fluffy, then add 10 drops each of Valor, PanAway and Peppermint. It works great on almost any pain!
