Volunteer Spot
Volunteer Spot pretty much does it ALL! It will send out reminders to people who have signed up and group reminders for any changes! Members don’t have to set up accounts, so they are more likely to respond and there is even an app for your phone. Collecting money can also be a difficult task and this site has a built in system for that too!
SignUp Genius
SignUp Genius has everything that Volunteer Spot offers expect an app. These two sites are very comparable.
Jooners
Jooners is a basic digital sign-up. It doesn’t have some of the deluxe features like, money collection and email reminders but it is still a great tool to use.
It will basically come down to which site you prefer. They all have perks!
All 3 sites are FREE to use and easy to operate. So don’t waste anymore time tracking down parents at games…get their info upfront and let one of these sites do the work for you!! 🙂
