Basic Information

Age Group: (5-7yrs) (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 4+
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 5-10 min.
Emphasis: Dribbling, Ball Control

Field Preparation:

  • each player with a ball
  • cones to mark off area


  • players juggle inside playing area (every other touch must be with weaker foot)
  • on coach’s command players settle the ball with their weak foot and dribble until coach says “Juggle!” again
  • player whose ball goes out of bounce does 10 squat jumps etc.


  • same as before with the strong foot
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary

  • agility and balance
  • contact surface of foot
  • close control
  • focus
