Basic Information

Time: 10-15 min.
Emphasis: Finishing, Passing

Field Preparation:

  • goal with goalie
  • good supply of balls
  • repeat setup to accommodate the entire team


  • players A plays a long pass to player B who lays it off to player C who plays a long pass back to player A who
  • makes a run towards goal to receive the ball from player C
  • players switch sides after 4-5 minutes


  • one touch for all players
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
