Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- grid (30yds x 40yds)
- 2 target areas (5 x 5yds)
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
Description:
- play 4v4
- each team defends and attacks one square
- teams score by passing through the square to another teammate
- one defender is allowed inside the square who acts as a goalie
- after each goal ball starts with the team that was scored upon
Variation:
- play 5v5, 6v6 etc.
- teams can score on both squares
- limit number of touches
- adjust size of field and/or target areas

- first touch
- quick transition
- aggressive and positive mentality
- vision and anticipation
- quick decision making
- switch point of attack
- spread out attack
