Basic Information
Age Group: (5-7yrs) (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 8+
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Time: 10-15 min.
Emphasis: Finishing
Field Preparation:
- 2 groups
- each player with a ball
- 2 goals with goalies
- good supply of cones
- good supply of balls for continuous play
Description:
- 2 players dribble through their cone goals simultaneously
- coach calls out which way to turn and shoot on goal
- player is awarded a point if he scores
- player who shoots first is awarded a point as well
- player with most points wins
Variation:
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- limit number of touches
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

- contact surface
- aggressive and positive mentality

- positioning to gain an advantage
