Basic Information

Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 4+
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Time: 10-15 min.
Emphasis: Passing

Field Preparation:

  • each setup with 2 balls
  • players by outer cones with the ball
  • cones to mark off area
  • repeat setup to accommodate the entire team

Description:

  • two players in between red cones move back and forth to receive the ball and pass to players standing behind blue cones

Variation:

  • only one player moves back and forth between red cones
  • one-touch passing
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
