Basic Information
Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)

Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Time: 10-15 min.
Emphasis: Passing
Field Preparation:
- each setup with 2 balls
- players by outer cones with the ball
- cones to mark off area
- repeat setup to accommodate the entire team
Description:
- two players in between red cones move back and forth to receive the ball and pass to players standing behind blue cones
Variation:
- only one player moves back and forth between red cones
- one-touch passing
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
