Basic Information

Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 5+
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Time: 5-15 min.
Emphasis: Passing

Field Preparation:

  • each group with two balls
  • grid (15yds x 15yds)
  • cones to mark off area
  • repeat setup to accommodate the entire team


  • target player in the middle of the square starts by passing to any player standing by a cone
  • corner player with the ball passes to any other available player
  • target player moves towards corner player to receive the ball back from the player he just passed it to


  • one-touch passes back to target player
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
