Field Preparation:
- 3 teams
- grid (25yds x 35yds)
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
Description:
- 2 teams play 4v4 inside the playing area
- rest of the players are on the outside
- players can only pass to their own color
- teams score by passing to the outside to on of their teammates who then comes in the middle and connects for one more pass to a teammate
- player who passes the ball outside immediately takes the receiver’s position
- players on the outside cannot challenge each other
Variation:
- play 3v3 etc.
- players on the outside must play one touch
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

- angle, distance and timing of support
- vision
- body position – open to field
- decision making
- verbal and visual communication
- first touch
- constant movement
