Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- grid (40yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 2 goals with goalies
- pinnies
Description:
- each team defends one designated goal
- both teams can use the negative target (target has two touches) for support
- if ball goes out of bounce or goal is scored it is distributed back in by the neutral target player from end line
Variation:
- add a second target player (1 or 2 touches for target) between the two goals
- attacking team can score on both goals while the defending team tries to keep possession for 7
- seconds or dribble across end line opposite from the goals to switch roles
- play 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, 8v8 etc.
- adjust size of field if necessary
