Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- entire grid (50yds x 60yds)
- outer channels (15yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
Description:
- grid is divided into six smaller grids as shown
- teams score by keeping possession and moving through four different grids
- players must pass to switch into the next channel
Variation:
- limit number of touches
- players must play a lofted pass to switch the grid
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
