Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- entire grid (50yds x 60yds)
- outer channels (20yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
Description:
- play 4v4
- each team defends two mini goals and a regular size goal
- players can move around between zones but cannot play the ball from inside the middle zone
- ball cannot bounce or be received inside the middle zone
- if the ball bounces or is received by a player inside the middle zone the defending team automatically gets possession
- if a ball is won in one zone and switched into another and a player ends up scoring the goal is awarded three points; all other goals just one point
- teams can score on the big goals on one-touch from the outer channels
Variation:
- play 5v5, 6v6 etc.
- limit number of touches
- adjust size of field/channel if necessary
