Emphasis: Finishing, Attacking, Defending, Coordination
Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- 2 goals with goalies
- cones to mark off area
- pinnies
- good supply of balls for continuous play
Description:
- regular scrimmage
- on coach’s command all players perform following tasks while they are scrimmaging:
- all players hold their elbows with their hands
- all players can touch the ball only with their weak foot
- all players put their hands on their head
- all players put their hands on their hips
- all players put their hands on their shoulders
- all players put their hands on their stomach
- all players clasp their hands
- all players clasp their hands behind their back
Variation:
- limit number of touches
- everybody has to do the task except for the player with the ball
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

- body mechanics and control of body
- body position and balance
- quick adjustment
