Basic Information

Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)

Emphasis: Dribbling, Attacking, Defending

Field Preparation:

  • 2 teams
  • cones to mark off area
  • 2 cone goals in each half (3-4yds)
  • 2 reg. goals with goalies
  • pinnies

Description:

  • each team defends and attacks one goal
  • teams score by dribbling through any cone goal and two points for scoring a goal
  • 4 points if a player dribbles through a cone goal and then scores a goal

 

Variation:

  • each team defends and attacks one goal and two cone goals
  • add neutral player
  • team can only score a goal if the ball is dribbled through a cone
  • goal first
  • adjust size and/or number of cone goals
