Field Preparation:
- 2 teams
- grid (40yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- 6 cone goals
- pinnies
Description:
- each team defends and attacks three cone goals
- teams score by dribbling through one of the three cone goals
Variation:
- 2 points for successfully beating an opponent prior to dribbling through a cone goal
- 4 cone goals on each goal line
- minimum of 3 touches for all players
- add wall players
- teams score by stopping the ball dead on opponent’s goal line
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
