Basic Information

Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 10+
Difficulty: Medium
Time: 15-25 min.
Emphasis: Finishing, Passing, Attacking, Defending

Field Preparation:

  • 2 teams
  • 1x goal with goalie
  • good supply of cones
  • good supply of balls for continuous play

Description:

  • 3 neutral ball feeders positioned around the grid as shown
  • play 3v3 with a neutral goalie
  • the ball is fed in if the game ball goes out of bounce or goal is scored
  • players feed the ball in following order (1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 ……….)

Variation:

  • specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
  • vary number of ball feeders
  • play 4v4, 5v5 etc.
  • balls are played in various ways (thrown, rolled, high pass etc.)
  • ball feeders play in the ball randomly (communication)
  • limit number of touches
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
