This particular drill has been developed to provide an improved perception of spacial awareness on the field. This will also provide you with a distinctive understanding of coaching players to think and make choices rapidly either with or away from the ball.

Field Preparation:

  • 2 teams
  • 2 goals with goalies
  • good supply of cones to mark off area
  • good supply of balls for continuous play
