Field Preparation:
- 2 teams (5v5)
- grid (40yds x 50yds)
- cones to mark off area
- mark off 3 zones
- 2 reg. goals with goalkeepers
- pinnies
Description:
- each team defends and attacks a goal
- teams can only score if all attacking players have moved out of their own half
Variation:
- if a goal is scored and the defending team doesn’t have all of their players in their half of the field the goal counts double
- if ball goes out of bounce goalkeeper restarts play
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
