Basic Information

Age Group: (5-7yrs)(8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 8+
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 5 min.
Emphasis: Passing

Field Preparation:

  • half the group with a ball
  • grid (20yds x 30yds)
  • cones to mark off area

Description:

  • players with the ball pass it through open legs of standing players
  • player with most passes within 90 seconds wins

Variation:

  • players make a half moon pass (i.e. pass it past a player to his right and run by him on his left to receive own pass)
  • players perform a move before making a the self-pass through legs
  • specify how players must pass (left or right foot etc.)
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

  • weight of pass
  • accuracy
