Basic Information
Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 6+
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Time: 10-15 min.
Emphasis: Finishing, Passing
Field Preparation:
- each player with a ball
- 1 goal with goalie
- supply of cones
- good supply of balls for continuous play
Description:
- the first player in line makes a lofted pass to the goalkeeper who catches it and then rolls the ball through the yellow cone goal
- the passer runs around the yellow cone goal to receive the ball and finish on goal
Variation:
- the shooter must finish one-touch
- the first pass is on the ground and the goalie passes it through cone goal
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
