Field Preparation:

  • 2 teams
  • grid (30yds x 40yds)
  • 2 goals with goalies
  • cones to mark off area
  • good supply of balls for continuous play

Description:

  • goals count only off headers and volley shots
  • the team that scores maintains possession but has to move the ball across the middle line before it
  • can score again

Variation:

  • no goalies
  • goals count only if the last pass was made on a first touch
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
