Warm Up # 3
Soccer warm up drills for kids are the initial portion of virtually any practice session as well as match for most soccer teams and the kind of warm-up needed is normally determined by the age group and the session or match that comes right after. Young kids barely require a warm-up in fact it is much more about ball familiarity along with moving around to prepare for what’s waiting for you, normally up to the age of 8 years old it is much more of an attempt of soothing them into the training session and participating in some enjoyable warm-up activities.
