Soccer Warm Up # 6 Training Drill

Warm Up # 6

First of all, it needs to be pointed out how the length as well as concentration of the actual warm up drills in soccer programs have to be modified based on climate and general conditions. For instance, when the temperatures are scorching and humid consequently a shorter time is going to be required to warm up the particular muscle groups. Furthermore, the time between your warm-up and the practice session / match needs to be very brief or perhaps at worst a couple of minutes in total. If the time period is larger, the advantages of the warm-up will disappear. This will be significant also throughout the half-time period in which players mustn’t be permitted to get cool.
