Fall Fundraiser Ideas for Schools & Teams

Help your school, sports team, club or organization raise money with one of these top Fall Fundraiser Ideas.
In order to make fundraising easy on kids (and parents as well!), finding just the right fundraiser is the key to success! Find what people are in need of, then they are more apt to purchase. And remember…not all fundraisers sell a product, there are other options. Keep in mind that you will need to plan the seasonal (mums, greenery, poinsettias, and fruit) fundraisers EARLY.

Piggy-backing on the mum sales, is the option for people to buy all of their holiday greenery. Beautiful garland and wreaths are available for purchase. Remember, besides asking friends, family and neighbors, your organization can also contact local businesses who will be decorating for the holidays.

Drive 4 UR School

Help your school, sports team, club or organization raise money with one of these top Fall Fundraiser Ideas.

Drive 4UR School is put on by Ford Motor Co. I love this fundraiser because instead of giving a monetary donation, you give a simple and easy donation of just 10 minutes of your time!

I happened to participate in the fundraiser just a few weeks ago. The high school cheerleaders ran the fundraiser, invited people to come drive a Ford vehicle and fill out an easy 10 question survey. That was it! Ford donates $20 to the organization for every person that participates by test driving a car, up to $6,000!

Shop with Scrip

Help your school, sports team, club or organization raise money with one of these top Fall Fundraiser Ideas.

Every single one of us shops, whether it is for groceries of for clothes. It’s inevitable!  Scrip turns everyday shopping into cash for your organization when families use retail gift cards to pay for everyday purchases instead of the usual credit/debit card or other money.

Families can purchase gift cards through ShopwithScrip and then shop with them. Your organization earns money from every gift card that is ordered.

Fun Run

Help your school, sports team, club or organization raise money with one of these top Fall Fundraiser Ideas.

Fall is the perfect time to host a fun run. The weather is perfect which will allow you to draw a big crowd to participate. Some of you may be willing to initiate and plan a fun run on your own. Others would prefer for most of the planning work to be done for you. If that’s the case, use a company like Apex FunRun, FundRunners or even My Fun Run.

Crowdfunding

Let’s face it, not every single person want to buy a box of popcorn or Christmas wrapping paper. The products can be expensive and honestly, sometimes we would rather just give a donation and not get any kind of product in return. This is where crowdfunding comes in to play.
What is crowdfunding? Crowdfunding is the practice of raising money online for a cause using the power of social networks to drive awareness and donations from all over the world.
It’s a simple concept–and you can reach a huge number of people. There are a number of sites you can set this up on:
