Basic Information
Age Group: (8-11yrs) (12-15yrs) (16-Adult)
Number of Players: 11+
Difficulty: Medium
Time: 15-20 min.
Emphasis: Finishing, Passing
Field Preparation:
- 1 goal with goalie
- supply of cones
- good supply of balls for continuous play
Description:
- players opposite side of the goal must run through the cone goal to receive the diagonal pass and then finish on goal
- players go back in line as shown
Variation:
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- players must try to score by dribbling around the goalkeeper
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
