Guilty. Yep, I wear them ALL the time. Yoga Pants. Actually, not all the time, but at least twice a week…and I’m not wearing them to go to the gym, I have them on as my “outfit” for the day.
Why? I want to wear something comfortable and my office is in our home, so there is not a real need to get dressed up. There could be days on end, that I don’t leave, except to walk the dog, get the mail, or just run our boys to practice. I still make doing my hair and make-up a priority, as I always feel a bit more “put together” when they are done, but then I put on my LuluLemon Astro Yoga Pants!
Just after Christmas my boys had gift card money burning in their pockets so we headed over to Dick’s Sporting Goods. It seems we kill many hours at this store! While hanging out waiting on the boys, I came across these North Face Taggart Pants in black. Adorable. On the clearance rack. With an extra 40% off! They were screaming at me to try them on. So I did and I knew right away that these would be an awesome alternative to my ever-so-worn-too-often yoga pants!
I am so glad I have these pants! They go great with athletic tops of all types, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, 1/4 zips, hoodies, pullovers and more. Who knows, I might soon have to write a post titled “6 Alternatives to the Yoga Pants Alternative!”..Yeah, I am wearing them quite often!
