Chicken Cordon Bleu

What a great dish! You can make it for how every many you are serving. I have one child that doesn’t like ham, so I leave that out for her. My mother has made this for years without the ham and cheese rolled up, and it is equally as delicious! Our neighborhood friend came to play with my son one afternoon and stayed for dinner when this is what I was serving. I have made this for them on several occasions when requested. They even bought the ingredients for me once to make it for them! It is always a hit!

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Recipe type: Main
  • chicken breasts
  • cheese slices
  • ham slices
  • flour
  • oil
  • seasoning salt
  1. flatten chicken breasts
  2. place ham and cheese slices on chicken breast and roll
  3. coat in flour and place in 9×13 pan
  4. sprinkle with seasoning salt
  5. pour oil around chicken
  6. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. flip, sprinkle with seasoning salt and bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees
