Easy to Make, These Super Tasty Grilled Sirloin Kabobs Are Perfect for Growing Boys
These Easy Grilled Sirloin Kabobs are hands-down one of my boy’s favorite meals! Of course, that makes me happy, because they are super easy to make!
I typically just grab sirloin from Sam’s Club and cut it up when I get home. Â I love that if you go to Sam’s first thing in the morning, they meat is marked down and this means I save a ton! If we are not going to eat it right away, I just chop and then freeze until we are ready for a kabob meal.
I quickly chop up the onions and peppers:
Here’s a little tip for you (I learned this a while back on Pinterest!)…if you buy a pepper with only 3 bumps, there are less seeds inside!! YEAH…here’s my 3-bump pepper:
After the chopping of all the ingredients, I throw everything in a large zip-lock or bowl along with the marinade and marinate either over night or most of the day.
While I am heating up grill, I load up the skewers with the meat and veggies…or enlist of the help of the kids!  {Um, someone didn’t want their picture taken!}
Place a sheet of foil on the grill and spritz with a bit of olive oil. Toss the kabobs on the grill. They don’t take too long..6-8 min, turning them once and baste with reserve marinade while grilling!
