EASY Swiss Cheese Dip

I don’t know about you, but from November through January I make a lot of appetizers!   It seems we are always headed to some type of get together or having people over.  I have a few go-to apps that I use regularly but they can start to get old… so I’m always on the look out for new ones.

A good friend of mine makes this Swiss Cheese Dip and I finally snagged her “recipe”.  It’s so easy that I have a hard time even calling it a recipe. 🙂

Start by chopping the onion very fine.  My friend suggested that you need pulverize it.

Add the cheese, mayo and Miracle Whip and stir it together well.  Keep it refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

See I told you it was super easy!!  You can make this in less than 5 minutes.  I serve it with Wheat Thins and it’s delicious.
